Loved the Chateau Frontenac

My husband and I stayed at the Chateau Frontenac on June 22, 2007 for our last night in Paris. We had been at the Hilton Eiffel Tower the previous week before exploring the countryside of France. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is from the moment we saw it. It was raining that day and as soon as the doorman saw us with our luggage walking the street towards the hotel, he came over with his umbrella and helped us with our luggage. The reception was super friendly and very helpful. Without asking, we were upgraded from a standard room to a superior room and what a nice room it was and VERY QUIET! I wished we had more time to stay here. I highly recommend this property; we will definitely come back here. The location is perfect, just off the Champs Elysees(wonderful shops and cafes) and near the George V metro.
